6061-T6 aluminum, MIL-A-8625F Type III Class 2, black anodized. 14-inch free-float handguard with full-length Picatinny top rail for backup sights and top-mounted accessories. M-LOK slots on seven flats/sides provide versatile mounting positions for lights, grips, and other add-ons. Anti-rotation tabs. Barrel nut included (4140 PH steel) with installation hardware. Weight 11.6 oz total (handguard 9.0 oz + barrel nut hardware 2.6 oz).
